- step and height of turns;
- additional provision of technological coils;
- correct tightening of the turns on the supports;
- formation of technological ends, hooks.

Classic springs are manufactured in accordance with the standards. Geometric parameters, wire cross-section, configurations of hooks of original products are selected according to either regulatory requirements or on the basis of technical calculations.

At the end of the manufacturing process, springs are subjected to technological reduction in order to stabilize the shape, as well as heat treatment in order to remove the internal stress of metal. Increasing of the protective properties of surfaces is carried out by galvanizing and chemical oxidation.
